Mellisa our Ford service representative was wonderful, she was able to work us in with a 11:00 am appointment and her team was able to get us serviced with a oil change, wiper blades, and a new battery in great time, we want to thank her so very much for all she done for us, and thank her team that done it great job for us too, Thank You 🙏🦁😇

Beware when allowing Nelson Ford Martinsville Va service your vehicle. Recently on my 2011 Ford Explore they recommend I have the front struts replaced they priced the work slighter lower then my local dealer Apple ford. The SUV came from Nelson and they had worked on it before. After repairs my white drove it home. I Gave it a wash over this past weekend and noticed they had installed Monroe quick struts from Napa not OEM. I was disappointed they did not use OEM ford parts. Had a vehicle in for service, vehicle was there for over one month after a few weeks of diagnostics. I specifically said if it couldn't be fixed quickly I'd come get it and make an appointment to bring it back, that way i wasnt without a vehicle for a stretch of time waiting on someone to work on it .When the vehicle was finally "fixed" issue was still there. It's not acceptable in my opinion to have my vehicle for one month and two weeks and then the issue not be fixed after that.
My husband and I purchased a new Ford Bronco from Nelson Ford. I want to say it was a very pleasant experience. From beginning with Charles Gary, the customer service was great. He assisted us with the most professional, knowledgeable, and positive experience from beginning to end.
