Mellisa our Ford service representative was wonderful, she was able to work us in with a 11:00 am appointment and her team was able to get us serviced with a oil change, wiper blades, and a new battery in great time, we want to thank her so very much for all she done for us, and thank her team that done it great job for us too, Thank You 🙏🦁😇

Beware when allowing Nelson Ford Martinsville Va service your vehicle. Recently on my 2011 Ford Explore they recommend I have the front struts replaced they priced the work slighter lower then my local dealer Apple ford. The SUV came from Nelson and they had worked on it before. After repairs my white drove it home. I Gave it a wash over this past weekend and noticed they had installed Monroe quick struts from Napa not OEM. I was disappointed they did not use OEM ford parts.
