My appointment was at 10:45 but I came early and they took care of me just as soon as I got there. They have always been professional and friendly. Beth always waits on me and does an outstanding job. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been about taking care of my needs in a professional and friendly way .

I was very thankful that my vehicle was able to be serviced due to the fact I had scheduled it for a different nelson location. They worked me in which was great. The only thing I wish was better was the car wash my front windshield was still dirty.

I waited in the customer lounge while my car was serviced. My car was ready in 45 minutes and the car wash the shop arranged made the car look new again.
