My appointment was at 10:45 but I came early and they took care of me just as soon as I got there. They have always been professional and friendly. Beth always waits on me and does an outstanding job. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been about taking care of my needs in a professional and friendly way .

I was very thankful that my vehicle was able to be serviced due to the fact I had scheduled it for a different nelson location. They worked me in which was great. The only thing I wish was better was the car wash my front windshield was still dirty.

I waited in the customer lounge while my car was serviced. My car was ready in 45 minutes and the car wash the shop arranged made the car look new again. Afterwards, I spoke with a staff Finance person about purchasing a connvenience package of oil changes and tire rotations for carefree ownership. Thank you, Nelson Honda!
