This service visit was much better than what I have experienced in the past at Nelson’s. . My car was repaired in a timely fashion, I was communicated with professionally and promptly and as far as I know at this point, the repair was done correctly. It appears that Nelson’s is trying to make positive change in the service department at the Subaru dealership. Today’s experience was positive.

Vehicle Under warrrenty. Needed wiper blades due to tearing. Rain coming. I realize they had to work me in, but Marian (who I do not know well) did an exceptional job. After watching her in action, I have a much better understanding of her job and her knowledge of this job. As a former secretary, might I suggest an L shaped desk for her. She needs more room to complete her work more efficiently. Not have customer in her face(like me). This would allow her better performance. She also needs a better chair.
