Great service… 2 ladies up front taking appointments were very professional and helpful… Jennifer is the one who I mostly dealt with… spot on knowledge and went above and beyond to help and answer questions… Chad was thorough in the service of my Kia.
Oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The complimentary car wash was an appreciated bonus!

The younger lady that works in front with Miriam has horrible customer service very rude makes me not even want to take my vehicle back there to get serviced
I planned accordingly and scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance. I dropped my car off for my 8:15 appointment and went back to get it at 11:30 and they had not even taken my car back to be serviced. My ride wasted a trip up there and had to take me back at 3:30 when it was ready. I scheduled my appointment for a reason and they gave my appointment time to someone else. This was not how I planned my day off.
Don't deny that the car has problems. Respond to communications. Retrain your incompetent staff.
