This was an unexpected trip to have repairs done to my Subaru. I’m thankful for all the kindness shown to me, and an assessment of my car, to correctly determine the problem… Getting the parts was a delay in the process causing their not getting the work done. It became an over the weekend wait. Unfortunately as the service department is so busy and the need for augmented staff hard to obtain, and the parts were also delivered on a Saturday, my car was in the shop for 6 days.
