The younger lady that works in front with Miriam has horrible customer service very rude makes me not even want to take my vehicle back there to get serviced
I planned accordingly and scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance. I dropped my car off for my 8:15 appointment and went back to get it at 11:30 and they had not even taken my car back to be serviced. My ride wasted a trip up there and had to take me back at 3:30 when it was ready. I scheduled my appointment for a reason and they gave my appointment time to someone else. This was not how I planned my day off.
Don't deny that the car has problems. Respond to communications. Retrain your incompetent staff.
