The staff in service, knows how to get you in and out. They're professional and so courteous. The service by the tech and car wah was great.
I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service at 10:00. My Telluride was ready within a hour which I consider to be very good. They also washed my vehicle as a courtesy. I also noticed a leak in one of my tires that I purchased from Nelson. They informed me that they would order a replacement due to warranty on the tires. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit.
Great customer service. My only complaints: • I was told it would only take an hour for an oil change and correcting 2 recalls- appointment was at 1 pm, didn't leave until 3:30pm. • I accepted the car wash offered by them and was pleased until I opened the door to get in my car and saw what looked like dirt/mud in my seat. Also, when I got home I noticed streaks down the side of my car like it hadn't been rinsed completely.
Replaced wiper blades under warranty as needed. Great Service!
I trust this shop. Everyone at this dealership is Awesome. If I have a weird sound with my car. They go out of their way, to check it out, and give me peace of mind. I appreciate the service department. Thank you
