The lady at check-in was very friendly. She explained that there was a problem with the air and a possibility that they may not be able to rotate my tires as a result. I do not understand how a dealership service department does not provide the tools needed to perform their job to the employees, or at least teach the young techs how to manually use a tire iron to remove lug nuts. It may be a BBB-accredited business,but the service from the moment you arrive isn't that great. The advisor at the front desk (Marian) isn't that friendly, and their hospitality service is seriously lacking. If she were more friendly,maybe even the work environment would change. Diagnostics and car service are fine,except the waiting time is too long and we have more things to do.
My vehicle was there by an appointment on March 24th, no one called me or informed me about anything concerning my car, I had to call them, after another week I came up to talk in person..this time it was parts had to be ordered,again I called,they were gonna call me back but didnt,2 more days later they called said vehicle was ready
1. One extra star because the in-person service clerk was great. 2. I called and made an appointment. They took my vehicle and contact information, etc. 3. I arrived for 8 A.M. appointment. They had no record of my appointment, vehicle and contact information, etc. 4.
