I arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I also requested that my front bracket for my license plate be put on, which didn’t happen and I had to reschedule another appointment to have that done. I was there in the waiting area until 1115. I have never had to wait that long before, and all my services were not complete. I feel they need to be more organized and if they know there will be a long wait time they should inform the customer.

Was told it would take 3 to 4 day to get part, 12 days later it came in. Went to pick up car and I didn't go more than 40 feet and noticed it was not working right. Now waiting on more parts and paid over $2800.00 with still no vehicle. Also there phone system sucks.More than once I didn't get a response to messages left.

JD done a great job the one that helped me but when my car was fixed, nobody called. I had to keep going by and I was very disappointed in the service. I would not plan to use this service All I needed was inspection stick it took me 3 weeks after man aloud it to be hit.

Okay. Was told by the guy service advisor that the tech said the noise I hear is coming from the bottom of the engine and the tech recommended an engine replacement. When I asked the advisor for more specific details, he could only repeat what the tech had told him. Tech also recommended not doing the transmission fluid exchange which I also had scheduled that day. Askedhow much an engine replacement cost, service advisor went back to tech. The lady at check-in was very friendly. She explained that there was a problem with the air and a possibility that they may not be able to rotate my tires as a result. I do not understand how a dealership service department does not provide the tools needed to perform their job to the employees, or at least teach the young techs how to manually use a tire iron to remove lug nuts. It may be a BBB-accredited business,but the service from the moment you arrive isn't that great. The advisor at the front desk (Marian) isn't that friendly, and their hospitality service is seriously lacking. If she were more friendly,maybe even the work environment would change. Diagnostics and car service are fine,except the waiting time is too long and we have more things to do.
