Recalls were checked and taken care of in a timely manner and car was inspected.
I take my car for service and new tires,l was asked if l want them to wash my car and l said yes,and when I pick up my car was the same as when I brought it. Also the lady Marian ullrich was not that friendly,not just with me but with other customers. Remember that your attitude towards others counts when you in customers service,is not the first time she is being rude. She can be a friendly and polite. The Only thing I will give credit is the ride to home while they work on my car,l do appreciate that.

Customer service was awful . Bought new key for my Subaru someone called said it was in and I called made appointment. Came to my appointment to get key programmed and I waited awhile awhile but I was ok with it at first thenn service person came in and said we can’t program it. I was not happy then they said they I should go somewhere else to get it program and tbey will go get my key I paid for I waited along time then came back and said who said your key has came in we can’t find it. Came in for oil change and tire rotation, tire sensor light was on has been replaced multiple times. Was told it would be multi system check preformed during oil change . No one mentioned tire sensor that was on . Question how well service was really done.
