done had to come by 3 different times one time problem not fix then the other time because they scratch the heck out of my can in multiple times, drug the front bumber somewhere and buckled the paint had to fix a broken seat that was like that when I bought from them, deep gouging in pain and door panel from taking the door out, the mechanics and so very careless. my car goes bk Wed to fix the paint, door panel and oil change let's see how many more scratches. if you go here take a full detailed video of your car!!!! because... read more

I didn’t have an appointment but Jason ( I think) was so kind and made sure I felt welcome. He was able to get my oil change and state inspection done in a short amount of time! It was a relaxing experience. Great customer service from everyone I encountered!

Service was great to the car but they didn't clean the car much same bug that was on the bumper was still there. Did not vacuum at all nothing on the tires very half ass not happy with this at all .

I arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I also requested that my front bracket for my license plate be put on, which didn’t happen and I had to reschedule another appointment to have that done. I was there in the waiting area until 1115. I have never had to wait that long before, and all my services were not complete. I feel they need to be more organized and if they know there will be a long wait time they should inform the customer.

Was told it would take 3 to 4 day to get part, 12 days later it came in. Went to pick up car and I didn't go more than 40 feet and noticed it was not working right. Now waiting on more parts and paid over $2800.00 with still no vehicle. Also there phone system sucks.More than once I didn't get a response to messages left.

JD done a great job the one that helped me but when my car was fixed, nobody called. I had to keep going by and I was very disappointed in the service. I would not plan to use this service All I needed was inspection stick it took me 3 weeks after man aloud it to be hit.

Okay. Was told by the guy service advisor that the tech said the noise I hear is coming from the bottom of the engine and the tech recommended an engine replacement. When I asked the advisor for more specific details, he could only repeat what the tech had told him. Tech also recommended not doing the transmission fluid exchange which I also had scheduled that day. Askedhow much an engine replacement cost, service advisor went back to tech.
