Dr Bailey and staff we want to thank you for your compassion and care for our Mack ! Our first visit was on one of our family's saddest days. We said reluctant goodbyes to our sweet Lolly. Dr. Trout was so amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She made it easier (if possible) to let Lolly go---I still picture my sweet doggie licking away a cheese smile. Thank you so much.
I can not say enough about the staff at New Baltimore Animal Hospital. They are the most caring compassionate group of people ever. Even on an evening swamped with appointments, they all took the time to talk with us and console us after we had to make one of the most difficult decisions. I am forever grateful to them for their help with Simba.
