Thank you all for the welcome sign and gifts to my new puppy Teddy---I would not take him anywhere else after coming to you for over 25yrs---I lost my toby last year this month and had the care of New Baltimore Hospital for close to 19 year for him. Our previous dogs were Jesse and Jake who toby has now joined at rainbow bridge--Teddy is looking forward for all the best of care from your staff and vets in which i trust totally---grateful - Doug and Peggy Stephan
I took my kitten to be neutered, I was impressed by the fact that he would be kept overnight, so they could monitor him and keep him quiet, giving him the best care so he can recover with no problems. They genuinely care about your pet's well being. They take the time to make sure you fully understand all that's going on, what to expect and will answer questions. I took my dog there, it was an emergency and they made the time to see him and do what needed to be done. And while we didn't get good news, my dog received the best care and we were treated exceptionally thoughtful. I cannot say enough good things about this team of doctors, techs and assistants. They are gentle, knowledgeable, very reasonable and genuinely care about the animals. Thank you for all your help.
