Dr. Trout is amazing. She's compassionate, empathetic and just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about her.
The team at New Baltimore took such great care of our Lily while our regular vet was renovating space. They performed lump removal as a final cancer treatment. We are thrilled with the care she received from the entire staff here! Highly recommended.
Our first visit was an emergency visit when we found a little kitty in the middle of the road. They were so understanding and patient in her care and with us. Stayed way after closing to treat her. Freya has now made her second visit and we will not only continue taking her there but rest of our pets too.
I've actually never reviewed a business on Facebook, but I just felt compelled to do so after my first visit here two days ago. You know how some people or places just give you a good feeling right off the bat? Well, this was one of those experiences; far above and beyond standard care. Thank you all for the welcome sign and gifts to my new puppy Teddy---I would not take him anywhere else after coming to you for over 25yrs---I lost my toby last year this month and had the care of New Baltimore Hospital for close to 19 year for him. Our previous dogs were Jesse and Jake who toby has now joined at rainbow bridge--Teddy is looking forward for all the best of care from your staff and vets in which i trust totally---grateful - Doug and Peggy Stephan
