The doctors and staff of NBAH are wonderful compassionate people who really care about the owners and pets. I was especially touched by the care and concern my Dalmatian Blaze and I received when we were trying to keep him comfortable toward the end of his days. Dr. Trout was awesome and comforting when I had to let Blaze go.

Dr Trout treated our cat, Honey Badger who had an odd skin issue. Dr. Trout was very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk with. She is very good with the animals and it is apparent how much she cares about all her clients. She was also exceptionally kind to my 9 year old daughter who was most interested in the process. I most highly recommend this clinic. :-)

They are the best! Dr. Bailey removed my labs eye and cancer on her face and charged half of what another place wanted to charge us. They really care about your pet! The staff is friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel special.

Dr. Trout is amazing. When I found out my service dog had terminal lymphoma cancer she was super supportive. I felt like I literally died inside. He was my best friend for 6 years. She gave my Toby meds and even when I moved away shed check on myself and Toby and when he finally passed it was as if her heart broke along side mine. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone!! Thank you Dr. Trout. You will always have a special place in my heart!

Special thanks for Dr Trout and her compassion during the final hour of Gage's life. Your personal sympathy card helps me know I made the right decision as hard as it was. Everyone was great and I am sorry I could not stay to thank each one of you for the great care you gave my buddy throughout his time with us. Please know when it comes time to get another dog, our first stop will be with you to start a new journey in Gage's honor. Please consider aged rescues. They have so much to give.

Dr Bailey and staff we want to thank you for your compassion and care for our Mack ! Tom my husband said the doctor (sorry I don’t know her name) who help him go to sleep was just wonderful and caring , Dr. Bailey you calling on Sunday amazing you would take time to call us to check up on Mack it’s much sadness we said goodbye to our Mack ,he became sick last Thursday late afternoon, just stop eating or drinking and would just lay around, when he didn’t get better by Fri morning we took him to our Vet, who said he was dehydr... read more

Our first visit was on one of our family's saddest days. We said reluctant goodbyes to our sweet Lolly. Dr. Trout was so amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She made it easier (if possible) to let Lolly go---I still picture my sweet doggie licking away a cheese smile. Thank you so much.

I can not say enough about the staff at New Baltimore Animal Hospital. They are the most caring compassionate group of people ever. Even on an evening swamped with appointments, they all took the time to talk with us and console us after we had to make one of the most difficult decisions. I am forever grateful to them for their help with Simba.
