I had an unfortunate scuffle happen between my two adult female rescues which ended up needing a trip to the emergency vet for one. My dog trainer recommended New England Animal Medical Center and I am beyond grateful she did. I can not express how comfortable and at ease the whole entire staff made myself and my terrified dog feel. They are the absolute "go to" when you have a pet emergency. Have had to use them several times and although "pricey", but not gouging pricey they may well have saved my pets! I understand it costs money to top notch Vet services. I love my regular vet, but there are some things they just can't cover, so I turn to NE Animal Medical Center!
We were able to get my dog in very quick to be seen after she hurt her leg. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, great with my dog, and made sure to keep us informed as they worked through everything. We got a very in depth explanation of all results and recommendations. Things moved along smoothly and we’ve gotten follow up information the following day. I would highly recommend NEAMC.
Very good but very expensive
Dr. Cosman was absolutely amazing!!! He listened to my concerns and he kept me informed and updated throughout my dog’s treatment plan. He displayed a genuine love for animals!! 10/10
They took our 7 month old rescue pup in immediately when he broke leg when spooked by contractors. They allowed me to give information required over phone as my spouce headed there with puppy. Staff were efficient, empathetic, knowledgeable and full of compassion. Surgery was required and they had staff stay with him 24 hours to monitor knowing his anxiety and other issues that came from his "not so kind" history prior to our adopting him. The staff took my feral matted feral cat and sedated her and it took almost 2 hours to shave her down other urgent care centers turned her down not them I’m thankful to the hard work the doctor did�
Great staff and care. I highly recommend NEAMC. We have two shepherds who have both needed surgery (elbow dysplasia, ruptured CCL and torn meniscus) and we have been very happy with the results for both pups! The girls at the front are wonderful and Faith and Marie are fantastic too. Thanks to everyone at NEAMC for taking such good care of our fur babies!
