Took my dog Kit here for a general wellness appointment as well as some issues that she’s been having with her ears. It was a new place to both of us and I must say that it was overall a 10/10 experience all the way through! When we first got there the hospital was very clean and quiet (which was good as my dog becomes extremely nervous with loud noises) All of the staff ranging from reception to the technician to the doctor were extremely kind and welcoming and made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog in on 5-18-22 at about 10pm and he was thankfully seen fast. He had thrown up bile and his urine was tinged with blood. They took a urine sample, gave him sq fluids, something for his stomach and sent us home with pain meds and antibiotics. Early Friday morning 1am they took us again because he hadn’t eaten or had much water. Went here for my dogs cluster seizures. Caring, kind, thorough, patient, knowledgeable staff from the receptionist when I called as a worried momma with a million questions, to the nurse, front desk, doctor & checking out. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable & patient with my sleep deprived & worried state. Answered all of my questions & explained everything thoroughly & to my understanding. Ok so I have to recommend this because it’s to unbelievable not to!! So I was doing some research on Bitcon as I have been hearing how others are making big profits from it. We found NEAMC threw veg in Newton. To make a very long story short my dog was really sick Friday night. I was turned away by 2 animal hospital after they triaged him and said he wasn’t critical enough to be seen. Both hospitals that triaged him said the pain was coming from his back. He got so much worse overnight. We ended up at Veg in newton. Within 2 min of the vet examining Louie she said his bladder was big and he most likely had stones. Had to take my dog there this week after getting sick from something. They were great and she is doing great. I would highly recommend the hospital.
