RecommendedAlthough both the ER and doctors office are overwhelmed with case loads, due to Covid, staffing, and so many more animals than usual, we had a long but thorough experience. The only suggestion is staff let patients and ER patients know they are short staffed, and have long wait times up front. I think that would ease worried owners. RecommendedBrought our 3 year old golden for treatment. Had tried several other urgent cares and was told by each, after waiting hours, they couldn’t see him. Called to get an appt, the tech who answered was so nice on the phone. The tech who greeted us was so kind, the vet that called with updates was professional and caring. Would definitely recommend!

RecommendedAs scary as it is to have to drop your pet off and leave them, the staff made it easy. I was confident that my little pug was in good hands. All of my questions were answered, even before they came out to get him. They called the next day to check on him and give me the results of his x-ray. I am thankful for all the staff and the vet did for him.
RecommendedThey took such great care of our puppy. She had an obstruction, they kept her overnight and luckily it passed. When the doctor called me after I dropped her off, he said shes sitting right next to me and barking for attention. I could hear her and that's exactly what she does. I knew she was not only in great medical care but with people who truly love animals. I highly recommend them! Bella woods them!

RecommendedI would absolutely recommend this practice. I had called 3 different 24 hour vets in the area and was told they could not see my 1 year old Australian Shepherd named Bair due to being at capacity. I called this clinic and they were able to see him. He was going to the bathroom every 15 minutes and there was alot of blood coming out each time. His gums were pale, he was very tired and dehydrated. He had to be admitted and they were able to stop the bleeding and give him all the fluids and meds he needed and he is doing alot b... read more
