Michael Lopez was an excellent Realtor. He is very friendly and communicates well. He made my first home buying experience so easy and I was glad I had him to answer all my questions. Emily is the best real estate agent I’ve ever come across. She isn’t pushy, and takes her time to educate you throughout the entire process. Any time you need her she is available, and if for some reason she wouldn’t have an answer she would quickly find an answer for you. She is a great negotiator and we made out especially well considering the current market. I can’t recommend her enough. Everyone she has curated to work with her also are up to her standards and if they aren’t she corrects that as soon as possible!
Dave was great for us throughout the process. My fiancé and I were nervous to begin the process as first time homebuyers but Dave kept the process light while also giving us the important need to know information. He was able to negotiate for us to get us into a great home within our price range. I would recommend him to anyone exploring a home purchase in Baltimore City.
