Michael did an incredible job helping me prep the property to sell, creating our strategy to sell, then executing on that strategy. His team did an incredible job with the pictures and staging. The open house attracted a ton of prospective buyers and went beyond the typical open house.
Emily was a fantastic realtor. From our very first phone call all the way through closing she was organized, incredibly responsive, and so helpful. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process but she took the time to explain things, look out for issues, and even provided an outline of the process and a glossary of real estate terms so I would feel comfortable. Having her on my team somehow made the whole process feel easy. I would recommend her to anyone!
We went through two realtors before a friend recommended Dave for our house hunting process and it was the best decision my husband and I could have made! Dave is extremely knowledgeable and very patient (and you need alot of that to deal with me!) He took us to every home we asked and went through the houses with us pointing out highlights that we would have never noticed. Randy was amazing! He was very informative and provided great advice through the process of selling my home. Anytime I had question he provided an honest answer and if he did not know, he helped find the information. I will not hesitate to contact him when I decide to buy and/or sell again.
Mike was great to work with. Very attentive to all my needs in finding a home. Always available when I had any issues. I actually locked myself out of my home that I am listing with him currently and he stopped what he was doing and came right over and opened my lock box to let me in. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends to sell their home. He guided me with the right numbers in listing my current home and after first day of listing I received an offer well above my asking price.
Mike was instrumental in helping us buy a new home in one of the most competitive and heightened real estate markets of the past two decades. He is very knowledgeable, found and toured properties with me that fit my needs, was quick to respond to any questions I had, and helped me come up with a competitive offer to put on the table to secure the property.
