Can't say enough about Mike. Contacted him about a HUD foreclosure and he facilitated the entire process start to finish. Even helped coordinate my home's sale and the HUD purchase to close on the same day (in spite of unexpected challenges created by Covid virus). Top notch talent in all aspects of real estate. Smart and hard working. Highly recommend him.
Mike is very knowledgeable about the market and acted quickly on our behalf. He is extremely responsive and has excellent through. He offers ideas and suggestions on ways to enhance the property and has connections on people who can do the work.
As new home buyers my fiancé and were unsure of the full process of buying a home. We learned from some researching and as through the guidance of Dave. He was knowledgable, insightful, honest, and really enjoyable to work with. Dave was patient when we we thought we found a home that we wanted to buy, and politely stuck with us as we changed our minds and decided to change the location in which we were looking. Everyone should have their own Dave when they are looking for a home.
