As per usual, thorough work in preparation for a crown that is needed! Dr Rickert & Christine always remember that I take longer than most folks to numb up & work with me accordingly.
Routine cleaning, cancer screening, ck up, and a fluoride treatment today. IAll staff are friendly and accommodating. I have asthma and my biggest triggers are perfume and scented products. My chart is marked and they are more than accommodating.

The entire experience, from the first call/appointment setup on through to the actual appointment was just amazing honestly. Long story short, I'm an older guy that has several decades of various, persistent dental issues, never fun. This visit/office honestly shocked me not only with how proactive and helpful they all were, very professional.
