I was treated very processionally and provided with all of the necessary information to address my urgent dental issue.
Dr Rickert and her staff are very professional and very courteous. They explain everything that’s going to be done in the procedure you’re there for and treat you like your family. As per usual, thorough work in preparation for a crown that is needed! Dr Rickert & Christine always remember that I take longer than most folks to numb up & work with me accordingly.
Routine cleaning, cancer screening, ck up, and a fluoride treatment today. IAll staff are friendly and accommodating. I have asthma and my biggest triggers are perfume and scented products. My chart is marked and they are more than accommodating.
