We were so impressed with the level of attention and sensitivity from the Doctor and staff. Thank you Dr. Zhang and your staff for your compassion and professionalism, and not treating us as another number. We did not think we would go through this process again, and because of New hope we are embracing our Journey.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go this place. I attended an egg freezing seminar where they offered people a FREE consultation. I scheduled the allegedly free consultation and went in for the appointment. When I arrived, I asked multiple people to confirm that the appointment was in fact complimentary and made sure not to provide my insurance information. Fast forward a few weeks, I find out that the office FRAUDULENTLY billed my insurance $1,250.00 for all kinds of nonsense expenses AND billed it for services under a different doct... read more

After going to multiple fertility centers, we found New Hope who was recommended by my ob gyn doctor. Service was excellent and the flexibility with the monitoring is perfect for a working mom. The drugs and treatment are not as invasive as traditional IVF treatments. Dr Zhang was very knowledgeable. Nurses and doctors were always there to answer my questions.
