I have to say I had a wonderful experience at new hope and blessed to have my son today with the help of new hope. The staff is wonderful special thanks to Tania Vivas ( lab supervisor). She made sure that everything and everyone was on point to make my little miracle happen. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to new hope.
DO NOT go to this fertility center!!! I give them one star only because of their great location, other than that this company is a joke. First of all, the credentials of all the doctors in this facility are all amazing and that's the very reason why I chose this clinic to help me with my pregnancy. But that's about it - Dr. Zhang, the founder or the head doctor barely speaks English and was struggling to explain the process of the treatment to me and my husband.
