My struggles with infertility began in August 2013 when I met and fell inlove with my husband. I spent one month, also spent a few thousands dollar to do the test-tube baby here,but when they(the staff)make a mistake,they want to pass the buck.They don't care patient.I called 3 times a week to asked them when can I start to do the surgery,the nurse on the phone always told me wait for their call.I keep waiting but nobody called me.After one more week I went to the center.the nurse told me I miss the surgery already,I need to wait for next cycle.I'm so mad and disappointed to them.They waste my time and my money.Also t... read more

In my 20's, I got pregnant but had an eptopic pregnancy. Since then, I had 2 more and it was suggested to remove my right tube and do an invitro. My first one I did was at NYU which worked but the heartbeat stopped at 6 weeks. The 2nd one was at Cornell, which also worked but we found out the baby had down syndrome (due to my age now) at 10 weeks. The 3rd one didn't work. New Hope Fertility is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Not only are they rude, they are ruthless. I had two insurances, a paid in full bill, and an unfinished cycle that never should of been billed to insurance. Not only did that take away a chance of me having another try, they are trying to sue me for more money!!!!!!!! Are they kidding me? Please, take me to court. New Hope fertility clinic is amazing. We started our fertility journey with new hope when they were located on park avenue. That was six years ago! Now they have a new office on Columbus circle that's amazing. I recommend all of my same sex friends who are interested in starting a family but don't know where they can go that will make them feel comfortable. Our son I now 5 1/2 years old and he's truly a blessing. Thanks to New Hope for all you have done for our family. Baby #2 soon

No matter where you go, trying to fall pregnant through IVF is going to be a frustrating experience. It is scary, heartbreaking, taxing, and renders you pretty helpless most of the time. Was it an easy process? No. Do you get frustrated with the system, the waiting, the waiting some more; yes, for sure.
