My son was 1 year old and he didn't end up afraid, came home excited to tell me all about the experience. We just recently went back for his 4 year check up (covid had interrupted) and he had a great time. Was a bit nervous but was more than happy once there and eager to show me the place (my mother had taken him the first time). I will take my son here as long as I can and will push any parent I know to visit. :)
What do I recommend about NLPD. Well, Everything. My children have gone here for years. Since they opened I believe. And I love them new london dentistry. I Always get appointments that work for our schedule. They take so many steps for appointment reminders. They are all always super friendly to the whole family. None of my children have ever had a bad experience or dreaded going to the dentist. Great place I wish they took adults!!
Years ago when my oldest was 8 he broke his tooth at an after school program. I called them up at 7 pm and they had me come out after hours so they could fix his tooth. They built a new tooth with filling. He is almost 16 now and it is still holding strong. I moved to Vermont and wasn’t able To bring them there anymore. I just recently moved back to New Hampshire and called them up to get my kids back in there because I love them that much. I have never had any problems with this dentist. They are always very kind and patient with my autistic son! They take the time to get on his level ( mentally) and are so understanding of his special needs! We think of them as friends, not dentists! Absolutely love them!
If you are looking for a great atmosphere and a great staff this is the place to bring your kiddos! My son loves going there, they make it a fun and comfortable environment for children.
