They are absolutely great with my 4 year old and he loves going there.
My children normally see the Concord office, however my son had an injury over the weekend which resulted in trauma to his two front teeth. This office was able to get him in right away and they were SO compassionate to him/us. They explained everything fully about what they were going to do and praised him for being so strong and such a good patient. Thank you to Dr. Achong and staff for all of your help �
Just seen in there today with our son bc of a bad accident Sunday he was seen right away EVERYONE was so sweet and courteous caring and helped to make our little guy feel safe and secure. Dr Achong saw him and was so wonderful calm and caring. Would highly recommend this place for kids. We live an hour and 15mins away and had to be seen there due to scheduling conflicts and we couldn’t be happier to make the drive after the result. Thank you new London dentistry!!!

They are All VERY friendly and Great with my 6year old. They are always pleasant and nice to deal with and do a great job. I would recommend anyone to bring their children here. The Hygenist are great with him.
Our twelve year old son with special needs was not afraid of going to New London Pediatric Dentistry, even to have three baby teeth pulled! Dr. Davis and her assistants explain everything, just a bit before each step, in non-scary, but understandable terms. They "wiggle" out teeth, they put "sleepy drops" on the gums and cheeks, and they are amazingly child-friendly. Cleanings are a breeze as well. They really do understand children.
So friendly and welcoming! Very laid back and comfortable, keeping it low stress for everyone! Highly recommended!
