Early on as we just started coming to NLOD. We are very happy with the people that work here. Very engaging and great personality’s. The dentist was great in explaining current state and a go forward for treatment.
They were wonderful with my daughter. My only complaint is that they do t have real exam rooms, just partial walls separating the spaces. My daughter got frightened by the the little girl next to us.
My 3 year old just had his first Appointment staff was so friendly and welcoming Zach had an awesome first dental experience!
My son is 2yo, so he isn’t a “great patient” but EVERY SINGLE PERSON from front desk to dentist were amazing, patient and sooooo kind. Despite his melt down they were able to do the exam and turn his frown upside-down! 100% recommend!!!
