On point Nigel and his team are very professional and thorough. We sold our house and purchased our new home with them. They have an easy online electronic process that allows you to view all of your documents throughout your home buying/selling experience. This is the fourth house I've purchased and by far and away the smoothest process from start to finish. I would recommend this group to anyone buying or selling their property!

Nigel was ... the best! We started the process with another lender (our credit union), but they said they probably wouldn't be able to meet our seller's timelines. Our agent recommended Nigel, so we met with him and were not disappointed! He was easily able to meet our timelines, plus was able to save us more the 2K on closing costs, which we did not expect. Nigel and his team were professional and great to work with! I highly recommend them.
