The Very Best After having a sub-par experience with another lender, we switched to Nigel and team in the middle of purchasing our home. Not only was the process much smoother after switching, we were able to finance with lower fees than other companies, allowing us to get money back at closing. We would highly recommend Nigel!
#1 Lender This is the second time we have used Nigel to buy a home. He and and his team are extremely professional and proactive. They work very hard for the buyer and have closed for us in the past in 3 weeks with a VA loan. Find another lender that can do that! They make the home buying process seem so easy and take all the worry away from the home buyer. With a company switch, Nigel is now able to lend in many states. So give him a call and let him work for you.

Great Lender to work with Nigel went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our home. He made sure we didn’t pay more than necessary for our home owners insurance by telling us to get multiple quotes and also telling us the price range we should stay in. He was prepared when we arrived to sign our documents. He is very personable and easy to work with. This is our second time working with Nigel and will continue to work with him in the future.
