Our second load w/ Nigel and everything was a breeze. Andrea helped us from start to finish when we had questions, but most everything happened on the app. Notifications occurred when they finished something on their end, and we got messages immediately when they needed something on our end. Great process.
Nigel was a total professional. Answered all our questions. Worked quickly to ensure all deadlines were met and process was completed to insure best chances for approval. Ended up saving us money and was able to ultimately refund monies and provide discounted figures otherwise unknown. His staff were just as professional, courteous, and totally proficient. Not all loan officers are created equal. Nigel and his team are the by far the most helpful group Ive ever worked with. I watched them help many others make good decisions and educate them on credit and good loan options when it wasn't even a deal they would benefit from.
