After talking with multiple loan officers trying to get prequalified, I finally found Nigel! There are not many loan officers out there that are as optimistic as Nigel is. I am so thankful I was able to work with him and his team. They were always checking in with me and updating me on what was going on with my loan. I never felt left in the dark or forgotten about. He shared so much knowledge with me and never made me feel like a burden for asking so many questions!
Nigel, Teighlor, and the rest of their team were unexpectedly amazing. Every single step of the way they made sure everything was crystal clear. Super professional & friendly. Constant & clear communication. If I buy a second home, I'm not going to anyone else but APM. But for sure going to use them to refi.

Nigel made our home purchase very easy. Nigel and his team made sure and found us the best loan possible with the lowest interest rate available.
