Nikki went above and beyond for me during a very stressful time. She walked me through every step with so much patience. And advised me while I navigated buying a house for the first time by myself. There seemed to be a disconnect between loan origination, processing and underwriting. Many requests were supplied and answered multiple times. Frustrating at times.

Nikki was an absolute blessing to work with. She helped us with things that were confusing to us and explained it on a level that we could understand. Her response time was very prompt. If someone is buying a house I will definitely recommend Nikki!
