We had an excellent experience here, anytime we had any questions or concerns we would immediately get answers and if they didn't know they would do everything they could to find the answers along with tagging us and every email so we knew what was going on at all times. Nikki, Julia, Sydney were absolutely wonderful to work with. We went through several failed almost purchased houses and they were extremely flexible, answered all my questions. Any time I didn't understand information, they would take the time to explain it to us and help us feel more at ease. It was comfortable and not as intimidating as you would assume it would be.
