Well, Nikki and Sydney were excellent for sure but it was very difficult to say the experience was “excellent” on the survey. I wish there had been more levels of choice. I feel that the issues were with the communication with the underwriters and there were times that I felt conflicting information had been given in the beginning of the process, or at least premature information.
