Mr. Hanley was very professional, provided excellent service and navigated an often painfully complex process with skill and expertise. The loan approval process was seemless to me with very little distraction to my already busy schedule. The product in the end was also excellent which compliments the stellar service.
Went out of their way to get docs signed while on vacation— very good closing agent — they did a great job and will use them again I hope this helps them get more business.
Nikolaos went above and beyond. Answered every question we had no matter what time of day. Walked us through every step. Was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.
I worked with Nikolaos on refi and he got me a good rate and was very responsive. I did shop around for rates so I know Nikolaos's rate was good. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and did what he said he was going to due. Hard to find that skill these days
If you are looking for a mortgage, do yourself a favor and call Mr.Hanley. He's knowledgeable, personable and wonderful to work with. He took his time to make sure I understood how everything works, kept in touch and helped me through the entire process. When I had questions he not only got me the answers, and did so in a timely manner. I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so!
Mr. Hanley promptly responded to all my inquiries over the course of the loan process. He always remained professional and courteous. As a first-time buyer, I was highly impressed with the way Mr. Hanley-Synovous kept the communication going, and kept me well informed.
