Nik went above and beyond for us. We knew what was going on and what to expect next. Because Nik kept us up to date with what the underwriter may request next we were able to close a week early. Getting a hold of Nik and getting answers were never a problem. I would definitely recommend using Nik and would refer him to anyone who ask.
When we came to Nikolaos's office, we didn't know what to expect. He welcomed us in, and was exceptionally friendly to us. He was so knowledgeable, and even recommended a downpayment assistance program, which we did not know about. The loan closed on time due to his hard work. We would certainly recommend his services to other people we know.
Nik was easy to get in touch with and responded to my questions quickly. Since I wasn't sure which loan option would best suit my situation, he provided several examples based on my particular circumstances. This was very helpful in my decision process. I would use Nik again.
