Nik did everything and then some to make sure we got our loan approved and closed on time. We were working on a tight schedule, since we accepted an offer on our previous house before making an offer on the new house. Nik took care of our application quickly, so we would be able to close both sales the same day. Our plan was to have the movers load their truck, go to both closings, and meet the movers at the new house. On the day of closing, the processors hit a few bumps in the road. We had many issues arise throughout our home buying process, but Nik helped us with everything. If we had a question after hours, he didnt mind emailing us or giving us his personal number. He was always polite and tried making everything as simple as possible for us, even if that meant double the work on his part.

Thank God I found Nik. I was already so frustrated with two people that I tried to get my loan. When Nik start to work in my loan I knew he was the right person. Always responding my questions without any problem. He helped me all the way in the process of buying my house, I really enjoyed to have him taking care my business. Nik did everything and then some to make sure I got my loan approved and closed in a timely manner. When I had a question, Nik answered his phone most of the time, when he didn't he called back promptly. He also answered my emails promptly. He was professional and personable. His personality is great also! If you need a real estate professional then Nik is your man. It was such a pleasure doing business with him.
