I would say that my experience with Nikolaos was perfect he kept me informed through the whole process and as a first time homebuyer it put my mind at ease. Him and his team to me are considered the best in the business.
Bay to bay lending did an awesome job helping me purchase my 1st home! Nik was able to answer my questions, he never ever seemed too busy for me. I heard back within an hour of calling. I would will be using them again on my next home purchase! I can't be happier!
YES AT FIRST IT WAS SMOOTH, BUT WHEN WE GOT TOWARDS THE IT THERE WAS SOME CRYING AND REALLY WANTED TO BACK OUT. AFTER TALKING WITH D. J & NIK TELLING ME IT'S GOING TO BE OK KINDA PUT ME AT EASE. I HAD TO TELL MYSELF THAT I'M BUYING A HOUSE WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO DO. I WILL LIKE TO SAY THANKS TO NIK, D.J, & CANDACE FOR THERE SUPPORT. I AM NOT A PROUD OWNER OF A BRAND NEW BUILD HOME.
Nik was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very quick in responding to any inquiry and actually welcomes any inquiry or concern. Although we did not close with Nik, it wasn't without sadness on my part. I'd definitely keep his contact information for any refi we'll do next time.
Nick Hanley, we first contacted Nick Handily about refinancing our mortgage. Nick was instrumental in getting our loan refinance. Nick was very professional and dedicated in all that he did so that we could obtain this loan.This was not an easy loan to obtain. Wonderful experience! Nik was always prepared and kept me up to date with everything. Went above and beyond for any request I made. I will most definitely use bay to bay lending and work with Nik again for any home mortgage lending.
