We had a previous issue of being turned away for a service right after being told over the phone to bring our car in...it was not only pre-scheduled, but something quite routine - and despite a reply we received on our Google Maps reviews, we had no correspondence with a manager, even after I contacted Nissan support with screenshots and was promised a reply. Great customer service. They are always helpful and friendly. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to buy a new car or to have service.
They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. I just went through a traumatic experience with my car catching on fire and a total loss. I needed a new car as soon as possible so that I wouldn't have to continue with a rental car. I am very happy with this dealership. Thank you to Auston for all of his help.
Jonathan Magnus has helped me that last 2 times that I have brought my Murano in. Is is fantastic. He is always courteous and polite. He goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs have been met. He deserves a raise.
