Very clean and comfortable. Service writer was very knowledgeable aboiut my problem. However, the tech. let my car sit until the writer went back to see what was taking so long only to find out he no effort let anyone know he didn't have the right tool that would allow him to finish the job. I had sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and now I have to do everything all over one more time.
My service man Jonathan top-notch. But I was a little upset of the cost to repair my AC
We had no plans to purchase a vehicle yesterday but we went to look & ended up leaving with my husband a new truck! He was so happy & we’re so thankful for all the people that made it work! Thanks Sebastian and Tony!
Jerry, our sales guy was great. Only after the deal was done did I find out that I was missing a front mat and only one Key fob was provided and the key was not even cut. Next time I’ll make sure I have everything as it cost me over $250 to get a back up fob. Also, reminder to the dealer to check the gas tank As a courtesy to your customers. As I was about to drive away, I noticed there was only a quarter of a tank of gas, and when I asked for them to fill it out, they only filled it up halfway. Small items, but kind of sour... read more
