Noho Flats One of the best and safest places near University of Tampa. Every week they have a different get togerher. The decor of the place is absolutely stunning. Must see. Pool is beautiful. The fitness center The game room Even has a barista for amazing coffee and teas. Daughter loves it here

Verified Renter Noho is a great place to live. It's very convenient to both North and South Tampa. Very close to I4 and the Selmon which makes for easier commutes. The amenities are great and perfect for what I need. The pool is small and quaint with cabanas. The gym is updated and has plenty of equipment and isn't very crowded. Two dog parks and very pet friendly. I don't have any issues with parking and usually find a spot right in front of my place. Great place to live.

Noho has a well kept complex grounds with top of the line amenities as well as an excellent maintenance and front office staff. The community is also incredibly pet friendly with several dog parks. Noho should be your first choice when looking for an apartment in the South Tampa area.
