Verified Renter Not good for work from home residents. Too noisy. Always something going on. The trash service is an inconvenience. The gates are constantly an issue. Other than that maintenance is always good and amenities are nice.

Friendly and attentive staff, crazy fast maintenance! This has been the best apartment experience of my life! Other properties have been dirty, not attentive, and dissappointing. NoHo has been in our experience the opposite. I am glad to call here home and love the wonderful amenities they provide! You cannot beat the location and close proximity to so many restaurants, stores, and downtown without dealing with the traffic!

Verified Renter NoHo Flats has been an incredible community to live in, from the leasing staff to the maintenance team! Next month makes 3 years living here, and it's been amazing to see the North Hyde Park landscape change. I'm looking forward to seeing how much more the neighborhood will change. My only "complaint" is that I wish the appliances were updated, but everything else I'm more than satisfied with.
