RecommendedWe’ve gotten to know the owners and one of the Techs as well over the last several months. Nate is an excellent tech. He has been here several times and today when our heat went out he returned. Nate diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it. What is the best surprise is that they covered the repair under warranty, which I did not expect. Truly appreciative and grateful for such a pleasant surprise, especially at this time of year!!!

When he left, it was starting to get chilly inside! He identified the problem and had it solved quickly. Pricing is straight-forward. I will be using Norfolk Air for my annual service this year.
