RecommendedI thought I may need an attic fan, I called Norfolk Air, for a free estimate.. the service man called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time. And was polite and very pleasant. He went into my attic to look around, called his HVAC partner, talked about all the vents I have and explained to me that I really did not need the fan...how many companies would actually tell me the truth and not just say I need one ,so they could make money. Tech notifies you via phone call and then a text with their name & their photo when they're on their way. They are very thorough, very educational regarding issues and possible resolutions, very courtious and respectful of being in your home. RecommendedI thought I heard water running in my crawlspace and called before 6 a.m. I was told a technician would be sent ASAP to shut off the water and another would come to fix the issue. The 1st plumber, Henry called and arrived quickly. The 2nd, Hans, was scheduled for 10 and arrived on time. He found no signs of leaks or water damage, but noticed that my dehumidifier was right under where I heard the sound. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and thorough. RecommendedHad an estimate done today, 6-26-19, to have some outlets installed. Called main number and spoke to someone who was very pleasant. Was able to make an appointment for that evening! Was given a two hour window for the person to arrive. The person called five minutes before the timeframe and told me he was on his way. He promptly arrived, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and gave me a couple good options for getting the result I wanted. He walked me through what was needed even showing me, why. we ordered the parts and he told me the Motor wasn't needed, upon installation. most would just install for the extra funds.
