I needed a plumber urgently on a Saturday . I called at 830 a.m. And the plumbing was fixed by noon. Henry was polite, professional and fabulous.

They replaced our entire HVAC system and I highly recommend them. I was not looking forward to replacing our system in the middle of the Summer. They provided us with window a/c units throughout our home during the installation. The techs were very professional did not leave any mess each day they were here. This was a huge job and they did not disappoint. They installed new duct work, new units inside and outside, upgraded electrical and installed dual zone thermostats. Last week I called Norfolk Air to do a tune up for my HVAC and provide an estimate to replace electrical outlets and light switches. They were able to fit me in their schedule right away and both electricians and HVAC techs were able to arrive prior to their separate appointment times. My a/c unit would not turn off. Called Norfolk Air and they came out Sunday am after about 1 1/2 hrs determined it was the thermostat and need replacing. They had it on truck stuck. Replaced and working fine. Drew L was the tech and he was great and has a great smile. Norfolk Air has a happy customer.
