We had a cat go missing 3 days ago, and he showed up last night very, very sick. I brought him to the vet before they opened, and waited. They accepted him in as a new patient (we had other pets seen here before, but not this one) and were seen promptly. Dr. French was extremely caring, and spent a very long time examining, and observing BoyCat, and discussing his symptoms, treatment, and prognosis. We love the staff at North Branch Vet. They have taken care of our family pets for over 20 years. We truly appreciate them taking such good care of our pets.
Thank you so much for all the love and care you gave to our dog, Tucker. Dr French was so great, but really all the staff at the clinic were compassionate and so caring. We are really happy we had found you. It was obvious that Tucker loved this clinic as well…. I think it was his favorite vet clinic. I can’t thank you enough for providing the care for him that you did.
I simply cannot say enough obout this team of humans!! They take care of Shandee, my service dog, as if she were their own! They really saved the day yesterday. Shandee was in a jam. THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART ❤️
We have had nothing but the best experiences. Yesterday our newest kitten was welcomed to the practice and taken very good care of!
I love the care Dr. French gives to each of my cats! She takes times to listen to each concern and really understand the whole picture. The staff is so friendly even when we are in this busy time!
Very accomodating. I have a smaller dog and they have no problem with me splitting up the vaccinations so that he is not getting so many at once. Not to mention that they have evening hours. :)
