My mother was admitted to North Houston Transitional Care on February 4, 2019. When she arrived at the facility her blood pressure medications were not available. I was informed that the medications would be delivered to the facility before midnight. After arriving at the facility the next morning I was informed that my mother did not receive her meds because the pharmacy failed to deliver them. I would not recommend this place. My 79-year-old Dad was transferred here for skilled nursing, rehab, and wound care. The rooms are nice as well as the facility. My family and I take turns staying with my Dad because we didn't want to leave him alone. He has a large wound on his heel that has kept him off his feet so his body was deconditioned. He also was getting over pneumonia. He wasn't assessed until a couple of hours after we got there. The staff didn't come around much and when they did they had a scowl on their f... read more
