No pressure from sales and no games from finance I contacted this dealership after visiting 3 others where I received high-pressure sales pitches. Cipriano, at North Park Toyota, treated me with courteous respect and professionalism throughout my car-buying process. When I moved to the finance department, Luis maintained that same professionalism, and didn’t try to push anything extra on me. The ease of calling the service department On August 25, 2019, I went to a local auto parts store to have my battery tested and was informed by the employee that it was probably the alternator. On August 26, 2019, I called North Park Service Department and was advised the work could be done same day. I followed up the call and spoke with my Service Advisor, Martin Flores. Service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The service advisors are very knowledgeable about what maintenance is needed, based on mileage, for my vehicle. They review my vehicle maintenance history and make recommendations. The service advisors explain the maintenance clearly. They keep me updated, either by phone or in person, about any new findings and the length of time until my vehicle will be ready to go. All employees are very courteous.
