Service Senior Joshua is the best advisor I ever encountered, in all my years working in and around auto dealerships. Josh is respectfully polite and professional, creating a positively memorable experience. The parts “boutique” is pleasantly arranged and staffed with courtesy! The modern yet rustic building interior has a comfortable café lounge with complementary coffee and WiFi. My wait was shorter than expected and my first service appointment was a success. I’m a happy Toyota owner!

They took good care of my car and were professional and courteous. It was expensive though. I appreciated the shuttle pickup; the driver was very friendly and talkative.

First of all. ...the process of buying a car is never a fun thing for us...BUT....these guys were really honestly awesome.
